Shipping policy

All orders ship from Mississauga, ON Canada. Online orders enter into processing the following business day after they are placed and will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as player jerseys, special event items, ect.). Sport Army does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays. Orders placed after 5:00pm on Fridays will enter into processing the following Monday/Tuesday.

There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, product type, location of the products, or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification from our Customer Service Department.
